Iakov’s family was simple — a beautiful wife, a caring husband. Their home wasn’t large, but it was brimming with warmth and love.

Their happiness came to an abrupt end. A cruel illness drained his wife’s body until, unable to fight any longer, she left Iakov behind and passed away suddenly.

Now, he is alone in their small house, consumed by grief. Each day, loneliness grows deeper, devouring his every feeling.

Will Iakov be able to endure this trial? Has God abandoned him — the very God in whom he had never once doubted, until the moment his beloved wife was taken from him?
